Nicole Matthews, LPC
Regional Director of Outpatient
Nicole Matthews, LPC, is the Regional Director of Outpatient Services for the Sierra Group and is based out of the Southlake location. Nicole has over a decade of experience working with adults and adolescents in outpatient settings and has 5 years of experience overseeing PHP/IOP programs as a Clinical Director. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas and her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling with an emphasis in Community Counseling from John Brown University. Nicole has a background in leading groups, counseling individuals, and conducting intake assessments for both inpatient and outpatient facilities.
Nicole is passionate about providing quality care to individuals who are struggling with their mental health and strives to help all clients feel safe, seen, and heard. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and enjoys giving presentations/trainings to the community over DBT Skills. In her free time, Nicole enjoys reading, being outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family.
