Adam is deeply passionate for operational excellence, patient safety, and team development. Throughout his career he has had the privilege of leading high-performing teams in behavioral health and correctional healthcare ensuring that both staff and patients receive the support they need to thrive. Most recently, he served as the General Manager for a start-up called Mind 24-7 which was a crisis mental health center where he worked to streamline operations, improve patient care, and foster a strong culture of collaboration and accountability.
Adam’s approach to leadership is centered on transparency, teamwork, and continuous improvement. He believes that when we empower our people and teams, provide the right resources, and create a culture of psychological safety, we can achieve incredible outcomes for our patients and each other.
