Claudio Hayes has been a dedicated professional in the mental health and substance abuse industry since 2015, with experience spanning support staff, billing, and detox management. His unique background as a firefighter further fuels his passion for helping veterans and first responders. Over the past five years, Claudio served as an Admissions Coordinator at Sierra Tucson, where he played a role in the admissions process and patient care. As the new Director of Admissions, Claudio is committed to providing a seamless and supportive experience for all individuals seeking help.
